We at Empire Care Agency are a family owned and operated Home Care Agency, offering Premier Concierge-based Home Care Services across all five New York City boroughs and Long Island. We are LICENSED, INSURED & BONDED, ensuring  peace of mind when entrusting us with the care of your loved ones. What makes us different from other Home Care Agencies is our personal approach to Home Care. We are a family owned company, not a franchise or chain. We feel that operating this way gives us an opportunity to really get to know each and every client personally. This approach also allows us a more open line of communication with our Home Health Aides and Nurses, as we have personal relationships with all of them, which we feel is important since these are the caregivers who will be in our clients’ homes.
