Empire Care Agency offers both hourly & live-in Certified Home Health Aides, trained in a variety of skill sets in addition to collaboration with experienced and trusted nurses. 

Our Aides go through a very selective and thorough screening process.  They are individually interviewed by our Director of Services, who only selects Aides that we would feel comfortable servicing our OWN family.  Additionally, Empire Care Agency processes full background checks and multiple references must be provided prior to employment with us. 

Empire Care Agency also provides Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practitioner Nurses (LPN) whose primary focus and experience lies in Long-Term Care.  Our Nurses are very thoroughly screened, and must have all Licensing and Training Certifications up-to-date with the state of New York. 

We lovingly serve independent living facilities for seniors, assisted living facilities, private homes, rehabilitation centers, hospitals and nursing homes.  Our Aides are available for live-in support or hourly visits, specializing in all stages of elder care. 

Empire Care Agency can arrange for a wide array of specific care services.  Custom made Care Plans will be coordinated by our Nurses based on the individual needs of each client and adhered to by our Certified Home Health Aides and Companions.  Specific and unique functions can always be accommodated on a case by case basis.  Some of our most common types of assistance include:
